The Explorer's range will have a 168bhp rear-wheel-drive model, which uses a 55kWh(52kWh usable) battery for a predicted range of up to 218 miles. The next on the range is the 282bhp single-motor car which uses an 82kWh(77kWh) battery, which has designed to offer up to 335 miles.

The top range option of the New All-Electric Ford Explorer has the same battery and charging capabilities as the mid-range but comes with dual motors creating a combined 335bhp.
