Since joining Haynes in 2016 from the hospitality sector, I have witnessed the demands of the automotive industry and the way Haynes constantly adapts to accommodate the forthcoming digital age.
The notorious lockdown period, and the many challenges it brought, opened our eyes to the significance of staying connected with our customers. We introduced virtual appointments, Facebook Live events, and personalised walkthrough videos to inform and advise, which continues to prove popular. This, along with the variety of personalities within the team, ensures we look after each customer in our own individual way.
It is this sheer resilience, friendliness and attentiveness of our team that makes me proud to work for Haynes.
Away from work I have a passion for music (both performing and listening), setting myself wild and wonderful challenges, and generally anything that involves the Great British Outdoors with that rare spot of sun.
